What are the health and physical benefits of playing Football?

 

Answer : Football will build and strengthen the players' concentration span. This will help in every aspect of their lives.

Answer: Football builds up strength and endurance in every part of a player’s body. It increases players’ cardiovascular system and decreases the resting heart rate. Players become more balanced by learning different techniques. Football will also increase the player's dexterity.

Answer: Football gives players a cardiovascular workout while working on stamina, strength and endurance.

Answer: Football helps build up cardiorespitory endurance. When a person becomes more active, over time his resting heart rate will lower. On average, usually within a 4 week period, a player should see a difference in their resting heart rate.

Answer: An hour of football three times a week provides significant physical benefits; studies have emphatically concluded this, indicating that fitness and health really can be combined with having fun.

Answer: The benefits of training on the cardiovascular system and metabolic processes have long been recognized. The results in studies have indicated reduced blood pressure, lower body and blood fats, and a simultaneous increase in muscle mass for the football player. 

Answer: Studies have highlighted the positive effects of the game's characteristic combination of slower and faster periods of movement with frequent sprints, benefiting not only the cardiovascular system, but also boosting muscle development and fat reduction. Football is a great deal more than merely a popular team sport - it can be extremely valuable in helping maintain one’s health

Answer: There are few barriers to playing football; this could be an ideal answer to addressing inactivity causing rising rates of obesity, hypertension, diabetes and diseases. The activities targeted in football can prove an ideal preventive tool for a players’ health, and as a general rule, the risks involved in physical activity for a player represent far less of a danger than the much greater threat posed by lack of exercise.

Answer:  The better physical condition a player is in during his/her formative years, the better basis he/she has for continued good physical condition later in life.
